    The Latest Review of Cecil's Perogies
    Sent on the 2nd of August, 2010
    Good perogies, but rude staff. I called and said "are you open today?" and a very angry man barked at me saying "NO we're closed! I'm taking the day off! Is that alright with you?!" then hung up. If that was a joke I didn't find it very funny. I will never eat there again.
